Robert Stephens, Owner/CEO

Robert Stephens is co-founder and CEO of Recovery Journey Network. He has been in the substance abuse rehab industry since 2015 holding positions including Interim Director of Admissions, Assistant Director of Admissions and Admissions Coordinator. Robert struggled with alcoholism for 10 years before receiving inpatient and outpatient care. Staying involved in the industry and attending meetings has helped him maintain his sobriety since 2013. His passion has since been fueled to help others overcome their battle with addiction. Robert has a background in real estate, property management and as an electrician.

Tommy Morris, Owner/President

Tommy Morris is co-founder and President of Recovery Journey Network. He has been in the substance abuse rehab industry since 2011 holding positions including Business Development Liaison, Director of Admissions, Assistant Director of Admissions and Admissions Coordinator. Tommy's passion for the industry began a year and a half after he ended his 6 year struggle with pain pill addiction. Tommy served 3 years in the U.S. Army, serving a tour in Iraq and Kuwait. His background also includes working as a Veteran's employee assistant, and helping as a volunteer with the Navarre Youth Sports Association coaching soccer and softball.

Mary Popovich, LMHC

Amanda Bellis, RMHCI, CCTP

Amanda Bellis is a counselor at Recovery Journey Network. She holds a master's in psychology from University of West Florida with a specialization in mental health counseling. She has provided therapeutic services to those with addiction and behavioral problems since 2015. Amanda developed a passion for working with addictions and mental health after witnessing multiple family members battle their own addictions. Amanda has worked with adults in residential rehabilitation, adults participating in drug court intensive outpatient groups, and adolescent males in corrections. Amanda has a background working with student advising and juvenile justice. She is currently pursuing a Certified Master's Level Addictions Professional (MCAP) certification as well as a mental health counseling license registered under the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling.

Joseph Novak, CIP, NCIP, NCRC-I, CCMI

Joseph Novak is a Certified Intervention Professional, a Nationally Certified Recovery Coach and a Certified Case Manager Interventionist. Joseph is the founder and CEO of New Life Recovery Services and contracts with Recovery Journey Network to provide intervention, recovery coaching and case management services. As a person in long-term recovery,  Joseph has over 23 years of experience with recovery. Over this period,  he has had the opportunity to work with clients who suffer from substance abuse disorder.  Joseph's life experience has given him empathy for those suffering from addiction. Joseph has a passion to help others in recovery beyond the traditional methods. He realizes that what may work well for some, may not work well for all.  He has experience with various 12 Step recovery programs and is also a SMART Recovery facilitator. Joseph is a veteran of the United States Air Force and spent 20 years serving his country; and he currently enjoys yoga, martial arts, cycling, running, golf and reading.
